Wordwise Radio Program

Hello, I am Pastor Rich Blum and it is my desire for everyone to grow in a meaningful relationship with God by interacting with His word and obeying its commands. Through God’s word, we not only learn about God, but we are rooted and established in our faith as we encounter  the Living Lord. It provides truth and protects us from the lies of the culture that depend on human tradition as opposed to Christ. As Colossians 2: 6 – 8 states: “So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in Him, rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness. See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the elemental spiritual forces of this world rather than on Christ.”

God’s word provides His wisdom and is profitable to be equipped for every good work. “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work” (2 Timothy 3: 16 – 17, NIV). For this reason, we reached out through the venue of the radio to the surrounding area. The purpose of “Wordwise” is to help people become faithful followers of Jesus Christ through interaction with the word of God in a radio format. We desire the wisdom of God’s word to bring His light and truth to all. “Wordwise” can be heard every week on KPDQ radio 93.9 FM. It airs every Sunday at 9:30 am.
